To highlight the new Florist Valentine's 2022 campaign collection and encourage customers to engage with the inspiration content to help customers this Valentine's Day.
THE SOLUTION
A cohesive journey promoting the Waitrose Florists Valentines’s offering. Tasked with creating the assets to promote Waitrose Florist for the Valentine’s Day campaign. I worked collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure the campaign was succinct at all touch points whilst following the marketing strategy. The Homepage team and I worked closely to amplify the support of the Florist offering throughout the campaign period. I created an inspiration page which could be found via the dropdown menu on the Florist homepage. This page was used to inspire customers to explore the vast range of gifting options on offer. It was also a good way for the business to showcase expertise and knowledge. As part of the Valentine's Day campaign I created the below emails. It was important to keep the look and feel the same for consistency and make the purchasing journey really simple for customers. I used Salesforce to build the emails and I tested them alongside the Marketing team using Litmus.
